Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other wireless service providers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside of our control. Carriers are not parties to this agreement and bear no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or timeliness of messages sent through the program.
